games, cover dish nights and pancake breakfasts. Be sure to

CREOLE NATURE TRAIL
Wild and ruggedly beautiful, from Lake
Charles to the Gulf of Mexico, the Creole Nature Trail All American Road
traverses more than 180 miles (including three wildlife refuges) in
Southwest Louisiana.
Outdoor adventures are the top draw,
naturally. Oak Chenier’s-which are found in only four locations
worldwide-and world-class bird and alligator populations are a natural
